7.2 Manifest Errors. 10.3 spade46's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.2 Upon closure of an account due to breach, any outstanding balance attributable to prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds not subject to dispute will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
13.3 You may close your spade46 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding eligible balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to completed KYC requirements.
